Coach Staci (she/they) is the owner and head coach at Empower Fitness Maui since 2016. They are a personal trainer, trauma informed weightlifting coach, and nutrition coach. Staci is a queer, gender non-conforming leader in their community who strives to cultivate a safe space for women, queer, and gender diverse bodies.
